Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in its original packaging. 

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Please note - Made to order pieces and customised orders are non exchangeable 

Once the information is received, a pickup will be generated within 48 hours. Upon receiving the product(s), it will be sent for a quality check, and within 24 hours (weekends not included) a credit note of the same amount will be issued. 

The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website.

The credit note will be valid for one year and cannot be broken into parts or clubbed with any other discount or offer. Items purchased via credit note, will not be applicable for another exchange.

In an off chance, if there is a manufacturing defect, there is no additional charge for exchange.

Products that are on sale or discounted, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refund or exchange. Please go through the product details carefully for on-sale products.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors.

However, you can choose to return your product against a credit note (valid for 1 year).
