How long will it take to ship my order?

All domestic orders take approximately 5 - 6 days to ship from the order date.

Can my order be delivered sooner?

Our current delivery timeline is about 5-7 working days pan India. Please note that any delays caused in delivery due to logistical issues are not directly in our control and we can only escalate the issue to the courier partner.

Could I change the shipping address of the order?

Shipping details can be edited before your order is billed or shipped. However, all changes must be whats app 99100 37837 within 24 hours of placing an order online, with your order number and the new shipping address. 

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?

Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package three times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and India mobile number to ensure a smooth delivery process.

In case the delivery is unsuccessful because of incorrect or incomplete shipping details (mobile number, address or pin code), an additional re-shipping fee of INR 150 will be applicable. This fee is a mandate, regardless of the order value, code, discount, offer, etc. 

What is your order cancellation policy?

Once the order is placed, it can be cancelled against a credit note of the same amount, valid lifetime.

Do your offer cash on delivery? 

We offer COD of order value less than INR 5,000. A risk fee of INR 200 is applicable on all COD orders.
